INFORMATION FOR FIELD TRIP VOLUNTEERS
All Parents that wish to volunteer to attend a FIELD
TRIP during the school year are required to do the following:
1. Go to the local Police Station
to obtain an official criminal background check.
2. Read, complete and sign the Highpoint Academy Volunteer Program
Registration Form.
3. Make a copy of your Driver’s License
Submit
these three documents to the ESE center’s main office. Once these are received, Parent’s Name(s) will be added
to the official volunteer roster. Teacher will randomly select Parent Volunteers as needed for each Field
Trip.
